Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Office Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide a variety of clerical and administrative support to other team members, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to answering phone calls and greeting visitors. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities of the position include:

  1. Being the face of Grace Property Management at the front desk and greeting office visitors & Interacting with our residents & vendors
  2. Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person if unable to assist them
  3. Paperwork including mail and filing
  4. Completing detailed steps within checklists
  5. Assisting our Executive Property Managers
  6. Address and resolve customer concerns with a professional attitude
  7. Assisting the team with a variety of daily tasks

Work Status / Compensation:

  1. Part-time
  2. From $18 per hour, depending on experience
