Founder
In 1978, Alan started a small property management and real estate company – Grace Property Management. It is because of his diligence and wisdom that we have become who we are today. Still a family-owned business, over the past 45+ years we have served residents and real estate investors of multiple generations. As our Founder, Alan ensures that we never lose our focus on the integrity and relationship based customer service philosopy upon which we were founded. Alan is enjoying a well-deserved semi-retirement; spending time with his 12 grandchildren.

Alexis has managed real estate for over 20 years. As an Executive Commercial Property Manager, she manages both residential and commercial properties. She has the unique skill set to understand both commercial and residential property management. Alexis holds the prestigious ACoM (Accredited Commercial Property Manager) certification, from IREM, and holds a designation as a Certified Negotiations Expert in Real Estate Sales. Christina kicked off her career in property management in 2006. In 2011, she joined Grace Management as an Assistant Property Manager. After a couple of years, she decided to travel and found herself exploring all the beautiful beaches in Hawai'i while managing several retail stores. Upon her return to Colorado, she curved her career back to the property management industry. She started as a leasing agent and excelled in each role until she was named Mentor of the Year as the Senior Business Manager of her region. Christina brings a high work ethic and quickly solves the most challenging problems.

“I would like to recognize Sheri Reynolds for her outstanding work. To start I first entered into a contract with Grace Management in 2005 when I moved from Colorado to Texas. At that time the housing market was in shambles and my only options were to sell my property at a loss or to rent the property and wait out the housing market depression. I contacted Grace Property management, and they managed my property until 2016. During that time I had only minor issues with the property, all of which were handled for me by Sheri and her associates. Along with the help of our owner-clients we have contributed over $55,000 in rental assistance to our residents through our 'Grace Gives' fund. For every lease we sign we make a contribution to our 'Grace Gives' fund. This money is then used to help responsible residents pay their rent when they encounter unexpected financial emergencies.
