Helping Our Residents When They Need It Most

Along with the help of our owner-clients we have contributed over $55,000 in rental assistance to our residents through our 'Grace Gives' fund. For every lease we sign we make a contribution to our 'Grace Gives' fund. This money is then used to help responsible residents pay their rent when they encounter unexpected financial emergencies.
