Dacono is a newly developed community just 24 miles north of Denver. The town has around 4,600 residents and has roots in coal mining, farming and the railroad. Living in Dacono offers residents a suburban rural mix feel and most residents own their homes. When residents are in the area - they rarely leave.

This is due to the low crime rate, good schools, excellent amenities and close proximity to Denver and the mountains.
